Overseeing operations at DGI, Gerard has more than 10 years industry experience in the coordination of open cut mining operations and workshop supervision.
Gerard has been the recipient of various industry awards, notably mining skills, people leadership and mechanical technology programs.
Having previously coordinated mining sites and shift resourcing, Gerard is both a qualified plant mechanic and auto electrician.
Passionate about supplying quality, reliable products to the industry, Gerard’s strong organisational work ethic and broad product knowledge is integral for the success of DGI’s operations.
With a background in commercial construction and project management, Luke has in excess of 10 years’ experience working on major national developments on both the western and eastern seaboard of Australia.
Joining DGI in 2017, Luke has quickly forged a name for himself in the Australian and US / Canadian markets as a dedicated Business Development Manager, providing service solutions to the mining and construction sector.
Building on product knowledge gained in previous coordination roles, Luke is passionate about growing relationships within the industry to find alternative solutions for our client’s projects.
Leveraging over 20 years’ experience in the mining sector,
Craig is responsible for the management of DGI’s workshop activities and
personnel.
Craig’s career spans extensive workshop and heavy crew
supervision roles with major mining operations, including Thiess, Xstrata and
Glencore.
Previously based in the Hunter Region, Craig’s product knowledge
and process management experience supports our dedication to product quality,
and in turn, DGI’s customer-focussed operations.
With a machining, fabrication and mechanical background, DGI
are pleased to have recently welcomed Craig to our team.
With 15+ years’ experience in the earthmoving and mining equipment sector, Jamie has developed his career from the ground up; operating machinery, trained as a qualified diesel mechanic, through to advanced product sales and support.
Heading up DGI’s cabin refurbishment facility, Jamie’s expertise within this product niche brings a breadth of component-specific knowledge to confidently deliver all aspects of DGI’s cab refurbishment program for our customers, end-to-end.
With a vast knowledge of necessary OEM upgrades and electrical componentry that are specific to cabins, Jamie maintains DGI’s friendly, professional approach to providing alternative OEM solutions for late model machinery.
